Provides education on substance use and supports clients in identifying triggers, developing effective coping strategies, and strengthening positive support systems. Services also include the development of individualized relapse prevention plans to promote long-term recovery and stability.
Provides parenting and life skills support by helping parents identify their strengths and areas for growth. Services include education on child development stages, enhancing family communication, and promoting and reinforcing positive behavior. Parents also receive guidance on effective and appropriate discipline strategies, as well as the importance of self-care.
In addition, support is provided to build essential life skills for everyday success, including resume development, budgeting, and job readiness preparation.
Participants will gain insight into the differences between anger and aggression, as well as common misconceptions surrounding anger. Services include identifying underlying causes of anger, exploring suppressed or hidden anger, and developing strategies for managing both personal anger and the anger of others.
Additional focus areas include cognitive restructuring, assertiveness training, and the application of conflict resolution models to support healthy communication and emotional regulation.
Provides day activity and individualized social skills programming with a focus on vocational life skills and personal development. Services are delivered through person-centered activities tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals.
Programs are guided by individualized service plans to support skill-building, independence, and meaningful engagement in daily, social, and vocational settings.
